User and Partner Responsibilities

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project in question

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our services. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available or independently developed.

Termination

When applicable to ongoing engagements, either party may terminate:

• By mutual written consent
• If the other party materially breaches the agreement and fails to cure within 14 days of written notice
• As specified in individual agreements

Upon termination, outstanding obligations through the termination date remain enforceable. Specific termination terms will be outlined in individual agreements.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed. Any legal action must be brought in the jurisdiction where Forge Perfect is registered.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
